Debt Consolidation. By refinancing your home with cash-out or obtaining a Home Equity Loan for the purpose of debt consolidation, you can pay-off your credit cards and/or other high interest loans with a single monthly payment, often much less than you are paying now. If you have equity in your home and would like to consolidate your debt and save hundreds or thousands in interest, this is your wisest choice. Combined with our Debt Reduction program, and you could save thousands more.
- Debt Reduction. If you have lump sums of cash available (from a cash-out refinance or home equity loan), we can negotiate with the credit card companies to accept a lower pay-off amount.
Although such actions may result in a lower credit score, these effects are usually less than carrying large unpaid debts, particularly if the risks of a late payment are present.

We will repair your credit report by correcting bona-fide inaccurate information and removing erroneous entries.
 The process involves obtaining your credit report, going through it with you to highlight errors, assembling verifications and proofs, filling claims with respective credit reporting agencies and credit companies, and follow up. This process may take 3-6 months before the corrections actually appear on your credit report. There is an initial $35.00 evaluation fee to start an investigation and a charge of $55.00 per correction per reporting agency. .
